A. menu source of iron rich foods for vegetarian food you can go for green leafy vegetables and dates will be having good source of iron if the iron is less go for substitute

A. hi dear mom....green leafy veggies...and banana are rich in iron...generally babies ate deficient iron..so no need to worry as breast milk doesn't have iron in it..as baby will start solids the hb level will increase. happy parenting
