AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom If the fever is above 100 F then u can take paracetamol. This medicine is safe to take during breastfeeding and pregnancy. If no other problem then no need to worry. Viral fever can take 3-5 days. TAKE CARE
