A. hi mam, please drink plenty of fluids drink coconut water, juice, buttermilk, soup etc you can take fiber rich food like spinach soup or juice, tomatoes soup, prune juice, fruit like pear, plum, banana etc you can take soaked Black raisins daily in morning.
