A. Dear Mom now is the right time to start exercising. Start with gald an hour of brisk walking and then slowly go for planks, sit ups and strength training exercises after one month. Also increase your protein intake, fluid and vegetables and fruits intake to lose weight in a healthy way.

A. Hello ma’am If you had a normal delivery then you can start doing a little bit of yoga because if your stitches are healed completely and you’re physically fit then you can do light yoga exercises and if you had a C-section then after 6 to 8 of months when you see just heal completely and your doctor advises you to go for any kind of workout then only you can go for a workout and do take a proper diet so that you lose on your weight in a proportionate manner
