Hello ma’am If you had a normal delivery then you can start doing a little bit of yoga because if your stitches are healed completely and you’re physically fit then you can do light yoga exercises and if you had a C-section then after 6 to 8 of months when you see just heal completely and your doctor advises you to go for any kind of workout then only you can go for a workout and do take a proper diet so that you lose on your weight in a proportionate manner
