#AskTheExpert I taken calcium tablets for 1 month after delivery now iam getting to weak something titeness in the neebones can I continue calcium tablets again r not already 3 months completed for my delivery

vitamin d every week.
have sunbath every morning.
prefer protein rich diet stay hydrated
