I am pure vegetarian..can you suggest me some calcium and iron tablets...till when these tablets should be taken after delivery...I am feeding the baby

A. dear mom. you may continue the same that you are taking duri g pregnency. do have healthy meaks includibg more of protien rich food,milk n milk producs, fresh fruits, green veggies.
