iam 3 months old boy mother and 1st month I have taken calcium and iron tablets and now I entered into 4 th month so can I take calcium and iron tablets now

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. there is no problem in taking iron calcium even in 4th month also better take them naturally available in the form of fruits non-vegetarian food milk etc . . .
