iam 3 months old boy mother 1st month I have taken calcium and iron tablets and now I entered into 4th month so now can I take calcium and iron tablets

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. there is no problem in taking iron and calcium but is it is required having deficiency then when you can take other ways we can replace them in the form of diet and fruits and vegetables
