Consume dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, saunf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makhana everyday.

offer breasfeeding as much as possible.
because the more your child latches, the more milk is produced.
massage your breasts with coconut oil.
you can take leptadin tablet or galact powder for this.
