SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, firstly take the iron and calcium supplements until one year as suggested by your Gynaecologist. Take five meals in a day in a smaller quantity. Have a healthy fibre and calcium rich food. Take adequate liquid like buttermilk, fresh fruit juice made at home, vegetable soup, coconut water and keep yourself hydrated. Have a glass of water before feeding your baby and have a glass of water after feeding your baby. Take adequate rest. Slowly walk around the house. Be relaxed which is very important. You can try lactose granules. But before taking it please check with your gynaecologist once and then take it.
