#asktheexpert I'm overweight post delivery. 5'2 height n weight 70 kg. kindly share diet chart n some tips to lose weight

A. Dear mum, to lose weight, you have an active lifestyle and exercise every day for 45 to 60 minutes. Eat mindfully. Avoid high calorie foods, processed and packaged foods. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake.
