A. hello dear, to reduce weight proper diet n physical exercise is important. Have healthy diet, have small meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food, sugary food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber. drink plenty of fluids. do some physical exercise on daily basis
