A. Workout and diet and for people who are very much overweight they should actually practise healthy food with intermittent fasting of 12 to 16 hours trust me if your body supports and you’re going to lose down very fast and in a proper manner but during the time of intermittent and fasting you should eat healthy And you should do basic walk twice in a day morning and in the night maybe 1 to 1 1/2 hours after dinner
