I have gaining my weight alot day by day. kuch extra khati bhi nhi hu. bs simple ghar ka khana vo bhi do time.

A. one has to do exercises Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. Hi mom sitting for long time without exercise or workout can also increase ur weight... Do yoga, walk for 30 minutes atleast, cycling, jogging etc to reduce your weight. Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk food.
