Q.
#AskTheExpert I hv delivered my baby girl 11days back via emergency c section and I hv got really itchy stretch marks. my stitch dressing has just been removed.when I put belt on tummy, it irritates a lot on the stretch marks.pls suggest a remedy. have tried coconut oil massage /mom's n co oil + cream too on tummy but not much help

Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
Apply coconut oil or olive oil
Apply bio oil massage regularly
Maintain hygiene
Take a good care of your baby
Burp well after every feeding
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Give adequate feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
