hello dr.. i hv 2 kids via c section.. fir bhi vagina bhot loose ho gyi h.. wt should i do

A. kegels exercise if done regularly is very beneficial to maintain proper pelvic bones and also to stand then your vagina back to the original you can do it anytime in the day whenever you are free

A. When Kegels are done properly, consistently, and in adequate volume, improvement in pelvic floor strength and symptoms of incontinence (weak bladder control) or pelvic organ prolapse should be noted around 6-8 weeks.
