A. Hello Yes you can start walking or strength training too Try to avoid high calorie foods like fried foods, junk , bakery foods, biscuits, chocolate, sugar laden foods Stay well hydrated & add nutritive foods like Vegetable, salads, curd, Buttermilk, oats, egg whites, low fat paneer, Dal's, milk to your diet
