My friend.. please keep in mind that our kid will get enough milk from us( as the baby grows they will drink frequently) no need to worry until they are gaining weight and healthier. I have Fenugreek seeds in the morning, more boiled garlic with lunch, and more yeast products ( plain bread with milk) try to continue for 3-4 days, I got the result.

Eat well, balanced, healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Good luck and take care.
