#asktheexpert I have delivered my second baby by c section on February now I have put more weight suggest me what to do to reduce my weight. as I am breast feeding my daughter I am eating lot I think so

A. exercise and a balance diet. eat more of salads n less of oil. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

A. Everyone Every woman who is breastfeeding the child or has just delivered a child is eating a lot only because whatever you eat 80% of it or child is taking from you so right now just concentrate on eating and feeding your child well and anyways after C-section you cannot start working out before eight months so just enjoy
