#AskTheExpert how do I losse my weight. I have delivered my baby on 25th December by c-section. what should I do to get back to my shape

A. Continue with breast feeding it helps you to lose weight. Have healthy diet. It is advisable to start with the exercise routine only after 6 months of delivery. take well balanced diet. tc

A. U We’ll have to wait for at least 6 to 8 months let your internal stitches heal completely after that once your gynaecologist give you a confirmation that you are physically fit to go ahead with any exercising then only you go for exercising in writing that’s the only way to lose on your weight
