#AskTheExpert Hello I Have delivered a baby in December month by c-section. I want to loss weight and belly to please suggest me a diet and exercise

A. dear mum. Continue with breast feeding it helps you to lose weight. Have healthy diet with Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber. Avoid to eat a lot of sugary foods It is advisable to start with the exercise routine only after 6 months of delivery
