#asktheexpert I have back pain since delivery though it's normal delivery. Any specific reasons for it ?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. excessive weight gain is cause there. see only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust heryou have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. it happens after delivery you get back pain issue.. you should take care of yourself.. as support your back.. take a pillow as you sit.. continue with calcium supplements for three months after delivery.. keep your self well hydrated..
