A. Use pillows to support your back while sleeping and sitting and preferably use a breast-feeding pillow to reduce the pressure on your back while you’re breast-feeding. You can also use the tummy beltWrite Your Answer Here

A. hii... Make sure the mattress is plain levelled and not too soft as this could also lead to back pain. Certain mattresses have special foam inside them or are even air inflated, helping them suit your body’s shape. take enough rest, sleep well and eat healthy. Alternating cold presses with the application of warm treatment helps in relaxing the muscles and boosting circulation in the affected area. Make use of a simple heating pad and a pack of ice to help you with it. Having loads of water relieves the pain faster and leads to a faster recovery.
