Q.

Iam getting right side hip pain after delivery. unable to walk. Its almost 2 months passed after delivery.

A. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. have Sunbath every morning for half an hour. maintain a good spine posture wear lumbar belt

A. If It’s paining too much then you should get a check with your doctor because there is no hip pain or any other pain after delivery if you had a normal delivery of course it’s better that you get a check with your doctor because without proper check up we cannot comment on anything
