#asktheexpert what are the reasons behind back pain after delivery.. My first pregnancy was tubal pregnancy.. Tube broken.. Then second one is normal delivery

please use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
take sunbathing daily
take dairy products morein diet
take good rest and don't give your body unneeded jerks and stress
