A. hi mom it is not clear which tablets u r talking about .. if u r doing breast feeding yes then u should take iron and calcium supplements .. tc

A. hi it is normal to get periods after delivery no need to worry take necessary supplements of iron and calcium as per your doctor's prescription. take Healthy and nutritious diet. keep your self well hydrated.
