#AskTheExpert I had c section delivery on Jan 23rd 2021 and after a week when my plaster was removed, she asked me to come and visit after 2 months... but due to raising corona cases i couldnt visit her... is there any check up required... not sure when i can visit her again...

take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day.
give only breastmilk till completion of six months
