I had a c section delivery on September 23 and I got my periods on December 20 and again I had on Jan 23rd but after that u did not get my periods why is it

A. Upto one year after the periods start after giving birth there will be irregularities in menstrual cycles so keep using contraception and if you want to make the cycles regular then you have to take hormonal treatments
