Aparna SsharmaMom of a 11 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. you can start doing some yoga and walking. they are the easy ones and effective too. also focus on healthy and nutritional diet and avoid oily and junk food. drink lots of water specially lukewarm water if you can. if you like you can take mamaearth apple cider vinegar. it is a natural product that helps in weight loss and builds immunity and helps in digestion also. but it is not recommendable for pregnant woman or a breastfeeding mom. I am taking it and it helped me a lot. I am also doing all of the above.
