A. cut on ghee n oil.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.See di not run after the better one.right now best to take which ever you getting as soon as possible and get tge full course ok

So If you’re looking forward to lose on your weight in a proportionate manner then it would be more sensible and practical for you to consult a dietician once follow a healthy diet plan to lose on your weight in a proportionate manner and second thing is that you choose the kind of workout that you are most happy with and go ahead with that workout only
