A. Hello Follow healthy diet & exercise for atleast 6 to 8 months to lose weight Avoid sugar, sweets junk & bakery products Consume enough of protein rich foods like skim milk, egg whites, low fat paneer, Dal's, fish & also include vegetables, fruits daily Exercise for 45 minutes atleast daily
