#asktheexpert I feel very thirsty. I am drinking around 8 litres of water everyday. Is excessive thirst during breastfeeding common? Is there anything to worry about?

A. Hello dear parent, it is good and it is important to drink lots of water during breast feeding. It helps in production of milk for breast feeding. So do not worry at all. Just eat healthy and drink water and milk too.
