#AskTheExpert I delivered baby on Dec , 11 but till now didn't get periods...as I'm providing exclusively breastfeed to my baby

A. Hi parent please don't get panic about this matter because irregularities in periods is very common and normal during feeding periods please take well balance diet with adequate quantity of water and sleep well please take prequation against pregnancy
