Q.
i have delivered a baby girl on 20 dec 2023. And bleeding will stop on jam month. but I got my regular periods month on month till now. I have searched it in web. they says if mother is exclusively breastfeed the period will start on after 4 to 6 month. but I have feeding my baby Exclusively and don't use formula milk or additional supplements. is any problem occur to me and my baby

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 Year agoA. dear Mum it is generally true that for a mother who has exclusively breastfeed the baby periods resume generally after 6 months
but after birth of the child your period may resume at your body's own pace each body is different
there is no problem to you or your baby
