#asktheexpert I am suffering lots of Hair fall from 3 months. can you please some suggestions oil or home remedies

Hello ma’am First of all I would advise you to start with iron tablets widely six months as that’s important and you can go for mineral water to wash your hair and shampoo which is completely chemical free like a baby shampoo or something and also would advise you to start applying onion juice into your scalp and keep it maximum for 30 minutes and wash it with a mild chemical free shampoo like I said probably in 2 to 3 washes so you can try this onion juice thing 2 to 3 times in a week
