#asktheexpert I am mom of 1 month old baby..baby have red rashes near anus ,inner thighs...using b4 nappi and coconut oil ..what else i can do

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Hello, just apply coconut oil around anal region..you can apply T-bact twice a day.
Keep the diaper area open for major part of the day. If you use cloth nappies,ensure that you remove it the minute its wet or soiled.

Please don't use diapers jn day time
give her diaper and nappy free time
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
anti rashes cream can be used like sebamade or mama Earth
