#asktheexpert I am gaining lot of weight after delivery please suggest me some diet o exercise

A. Hello mom You need to follow a routine where in you are involved in some sort of physical exercise or activity for at least 30 to 45 minutes a day such as yoga or some dance workouts , brisk walking apart from that you have to take care of your diet and avoid any sort of refined ,processed and sugary foods and heavy meals after late evenings
