#AskTheExpert I am a mother of 3.5yrs old and he is not at al taking rice content instead he always prefers dosa, chicken and pomogranate

A. hi, it's fine, do offer other cerelas, pulses, millets.. they are also healthy options. give all family food.. Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all.Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables.

Hi mommy Its normal No need to worry Give well balanced nutritious food including fat carbohydrates protein Maintain hydration Give different varieties of food like fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting give three meal and two snacks children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
