Take sunbath daily
practice yogasana
Don't use RO water as it's demineralized
Use drinking water having TDS higher than 350
Don't use packaged and processed food items
Don't use items of maidaz sugar and oil much
Take Probiotics , millets more
Eat couple of bites less than what you really want to
