NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello ypu can use belt after around 45 days usually and after c-section 9nce you have completely recovered you can be doing walking and excercise which can help in the growth of your child also and is very much important to have a well balanced food in the diet
