#AskTheExpert how to reduce the belly fat ? I am losing weight but not inches,may I know why ?

A. Dear mom. start doing some exercise , or physical activity like walking , yoga , stretching, Surya namaskar. eat a well balanced diet limit excess consumption of sugar and salt avoid processed and packaged foods eat small and frequent meals drink enough water.

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and after the doctor evaluation you can start the exercise and yoga. and best way to loose belly fat by doing Suryanamaskaar and yoga planks. take care
