A. Hi Mom, as your baby is of 1 months, would advise you to focus on eating a healthy and balanced diet. you can try for weight loss once baby completes 3 months, as of now, healthy eating is much needed for your and baby's health. eat variety of homecooked foods, healthy and balanced meals and galactagogue like shatavari,. methi seeds and aliv / halim / garden cress seeds (avoid for thyroid) eat on regular intervals after 2 hours, feed baby on regular intervals or on demand, maintain good hygiene and avoid force feeding and overfeeding.
