eat variety of homecooked foods, healthy and balanced meals and galactagogue like shatavari,. methi seeds and aliv / halim / garden cress seeds (avoid for thyroid)
eat on regular intervals after 2 hours, feed baby on regular intervals or on demand, maintain good hygiene and avoid force feeding and overfeeding.

Take a good care of your baby
Burp well after every feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Give adequate feeding every two hours of intervals
Do some light exercise yoga regularly
Go for walking every day
Avoid bakery products like bread and maida
