A. when should take less protein fat diet and do exercises for loss of weight ok. there is no other way other than doing exercises for losing weight please do brisk walking and yoga also take diet less in fat and carbohydrate all types of seasonal fruits and vegetables will help

A. you will have to go for light exercises gradually and also you have to meet a dietitian who will tell you what diet is proper according to your current lifestyle and age. simple yoga surya namaskar pranayam will also help in weight loss. regular walking will also helxp in decreasing the way as well as decreasing the tummy fat. take proper amount of cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits for adequate calorie and protein requirement drink plenty of water for cleansing the system and improving metabolism.
