A. you have to start cleaning the oral cavity with water everyday after giving food to the child. also after first tooth eruption you have to start cleaning the teeth of the child at least two times per day either with your finger or cotton cloth. after few more tooth eruption it is advisable to go for finger toothbrush. initially you have to use baby toothpaste of any good brand and take only very small quantity of tooth paste (pea size quantity) to do to tooth brushing.d tongue--initiallxy with the help of fingers and clean cotton cloth and later with the help of tongue cleaner you should clean the tongue of the child.
