A. brush teeth twice a day. offer more liquids. avoid sweet and sticky food. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day regularly .

A. By Teaching your child to brush twice in a day in the morning in the night as you know and second of all the most important things is whenever your child is eating any mail or anything especially sweet like chocolate or something your child should always gargle after that and you know should clean the teeth also this is the only way to maintain oral hygiene
