A. Hello dear parent! Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Be conscious while taking in carbohydrates and sugars. Eat more protein and fibre rich foods. Be physically active as much as possible. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Do tummy exercises to tighten muscles and skin around the tummy. Good luck and take care.
