A. only way is do moderate exercises to lose body weight you can do brisk walking yoga etc ek dateless in fats and carbohydrates lot of water green leafy vegetables will help

A. Hello dear parent, you will have to eat right and healthy diet. Also eat green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits. Include salads and protein in your diet. Drink lots of water . Avoid sugar and maida totally. Avoid munching in between. Do simple exercises.
