have good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources.
don't skip breakfast and have good water intake.
at least 45 to 60 minutes exercise daily. have an active lifestyle.
Continued breastfeeding till 2 years helps in weight loss.
Sarika guptaMom of 2 children5 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please jvae rich fiber and proteins diet. also avoid oily junk and packed food. also follow the regular exercise and yoga routine. and yoga planks are the best way to loose belly fat.
