A. try to small the portion size. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutyou have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

O Go for a proper workout and dieting and exercising of course that’s the best way to lose on your weight in a proportionate manner also I would like to tell you are the very same time in both the things are done properly then the proportion is going to be much better in terms of losing your weight
