A. my baby is on brest feeding now she is 5 months old. can i do workout

A. its normal in babies you have to take proper care of your baby 24/7 always keep your eyes on baby's activity. start giving time to baby like you have to play with baby, I talk with your baby.. take your baby outside. give new food items to baby once in a week
